Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags must be attached (if applicable)
Return must be initiated within the 14-day window
Hats or headwear must be unused and in resellable condition due to hygiene and quality standards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different color or had a change of heart? We're happy to offer exchanges if stock is available. Just let us know your preferred item when you reach out.
